Chris Burket has been working in the construction industry for over 29 years. He cut his teeth working with an Amish crew when he was just 14. His early years of business were spent in Corning, NY. In 2004 he moved to the Hudson Valley were he worked as a carpenter for a local building company doing high end custom homes until venturing out on his own in 2006. In 2012 he accepted a position at Libolt and Sons/Affordable Housing Concepts as a project site supervisor and manager until returning to self employment in 2018. His major projects during his time with Libolt included a 26 unit housing complex and community building in Monticello, Ny and an 18 building historical transformation project in Newburgh, Ny for RUPCO. Chris continues to grow his own company while working as a GC for Libolt and Sons independently and consulting on ongoing historical renovation work in Newburgh. Other projects include renovation work at Ellenville Regional Hospital, Ulster BOCES, Mount Saint Marys College, The Mountain Laurel Waldorf school, New Paltz Montessori school, and ground up custom homes. He currently has a team of 20 people which specializes in historic, residential and commercial renovation work, building custom homes, and anything else in-between.
